How we got started
As a student in Paris, our co-founder and CEO Iwona began managing several flats. Greeting guests with wine, she began to envision a new set of hospitality ideals. As an avid traveller, after spending 10 years abroad, Iwona decided to match travellers with vacant flats in different cities and manage other people’s flats for short-term rentals in her native Poland.
Loft Affair today
Loft Affair has multiple offices around Poland. We’re a very locally driven organization, with teams on the ground in each city.
We manage:

Where we’re going
What began as a journey to provide a better stay has grown into a celebration of modern design and exceptional comfort. We created our own design studio with world-class architects and designers to create truly remarkable spaces—ones that transcend hospitality and enrich lives. And we’re employing technology to keep those spaces affordable as we bring Loft Affair to more cities.
